We were in Rio Vista (Sacramento delta) last weekend (5/26/07) trying to get a glimpse of the famous wayward whales Delta and Dawn. We weren't disappointed and got more than just glimpses of the whales.

In May 2006, two whales swam far from their ocean home into the Sacramento River, and eventually into the port of Sacramento where they put on quite a show.
